UK RETURNS

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 28 day return policy with a free returns service for both sale and non-sale items (this does not apply to international orders).

All returned goods must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging (including dustbag) to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Branded boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product. Items should be returned new and unused. We are unable to refund or exchange returns that are damaged, used or altered.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHIN THE UK

  1. Please e-mail us at returns@millimillu.com to request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order indicating the reason why you are returning the goods.
  2. You will then receive an email containing your RMA number which is valid for the next 14 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us.
  3. Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s), noting whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please note that we are only able to offer exchanges for another colour. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, please ask for a refund on your return form and purchase the new item separately.
  4. Place the completed returns form in the parcel.
  5. Contact Milli Millu Customer Services on 020 7235 4878 and instruct a member of our team that you wish to return goods, we will then arrange a suitable time for the collection to take place.
  6. Write “Milli Millu Returns” and the shipping reference provided by us once we have arranged collection.
  7. We will process the refund or exchange (when in stock) due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of Milli Millu receiving the item(s). An email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed.
  8. Exchanges will be sent to the same UK delivery address with no additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 28 day return or exchange policy. We also accept returns for sale items. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

All returned goods must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging (including dustbag) to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

  1. Please e-mail us at returns@millimillu.com to request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order indicating the reason why you are returning the goods.
  2. You will then receive an email containing your RMA number which is valid for the next 14 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us.
  3. Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s), noting whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please note that we are only able to offer exchanges for another colour. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, please ask for a refund on your return form and purchase the new item separately.
  4. Place the completed returns form in the parcel.
  5. Please write on the package the address indicated in the email containing the RMA number.
  6. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
  7. We will process the refund or exchange (when in stock) due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the item(s). We regret we cannot refund shipping or customs charges. An email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. Exchanges will be sent to the same delivery address with no additional charge
  8. Exchanges will be sent to the same International delivery address with no additional charge.
This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union.

REPAIRS

Milli Millu handbags carry a 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase. If during this period you detect a fault with your purchase, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Should your handbag need repairing due to wear and tear or is older than 12 months, we also offer a repair service. This is charged on an individual basis. We will provide a quotation for your approval before proceeding with any repair work. Please email us at customerservices@millimillu.com with any repair queries.
