If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we also offer a 28 day refund or exchange policy with a FREE worldwide returns service for orders over £200. Please see below the instructions for a hassle free return via our courier. You can also return orders under £200 at your own cost, please see the options below.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM – UK, SPAIN & WORLDWIDE FOR ORDERS > £200

All returned goods must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging (including dustbag) to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Branded boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product. Items should be returned new and unused. We are unable to refund or exchange returns that are damaged, used or altered.

1. Complete the returns form (overleaf), noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please make sure to include the returns form inside the parcel.

2. Contact DHL customer services in your country of residence to book a collection from a chosen address & in a suitable time slot.

3. Fill in your collection address (point 2 – From Shipper) on the DHL manual waybill which was sent together with this form & your invoice.  Please check all the details on the waybill are correct and sign to confirm the shipment (point 7 - Shipper’s agreement).

4. Please attach the blue copy of the DHL waybill to the box after it’s checked & scanned by your courier. He will then take another copy with him and leave one with you as a receipt.   

FOR RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU – Please make sure the original shipping label, your sales invoice and the completed DHL manual waybill (blue copy) are attached to the package using the provided DHL sticky envelope (placing the waybill at the top where the barcode is visible). Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs taxes incurred due to the mislabelling of the package.

5. We will process your refund or exchange (when in stock) as soon as possible and an email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. Exchanges will be sent to the same delivery address at no additional cost (contact us at customerservices@millimillu.com if an address change is required).

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM - REST OF THE WORLD FOR ORDERS < £200

If your order total is under £200, you can either organise the return yourself  to the below address (please note that in this case you will be responsible for the shipment), or you can contact us and we will organise the return for you (please see the steps below):

2. Contact us at customerservices@millimillu.com  to let us know you are returning an item(s) and let us know if you would like to organise the return shipment yourself or if you would like us to organise it via our courier at an additional cost which we will  then discount from your refund. Please let us know from which address and on which day you would like the package to be collected.

3. We will book the shipment for you and DHL shipping labels with any necessary paperwork will be sent to you via email.

4. FOR RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU – Please make sure the original shipping label, your sales invoice and the DHL return label are all attached to the package (with the return shipping label at the top so that the barcode can be scanned). Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs taxes incurred due to the mislabelling of the package.

5. We will process your refund or exchange (when in stock) as soon as possible and an email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. Exchanges will be sent to the same delivery address at an agreed cost. If you would like us to send it to a different address, please specify this in your email to us.        

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Please be aware that we cannot refund customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the European Union. In most countries, the recipient can claim local taxes/ customs back from the local authorities once the return confirmation has been issued.

REPAIRS

Milli Millu handbags carry a 12 month guarantee and a lifetime of free repair service. In the unlikely event your handbag needed repair (e.g. a lock or a handle breaks or something needs to be restitched, excludes normal wear and tear and worn leather as those are not quality faults) within 12 months of the purchase date; we would arrange the collection, repair it and ship it back to your chosen address free of charge. Should your handbag need repairing after 12 months, we also offer a free repair service and we can provide you a quote for the shipping costs if you are unable to send the item to us or collect it.
