DESTINATIONSWe ship world wide to Europe, US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, major Asian and Middle East countries. If you require shipping to a country that is not listed in the shipping list in the check-out process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We ship to both business and residential addresses, business addresses are preferred to ensure a timely delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. SHIPPING CHARGES We currently offer FREE shipping in the European Union. Shipping costs outside the EU range from £26 to £45 depending on the destination, shipping costs will be displayed in the check-out pages. All orders are shipped via courier and are delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and require a signature; if the recipient is not available the item may be held by the courier and will require the recipient to follow up directly with the courier. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES Orders in the UK will typically take 1-2 working days to arrive, and international orders 2-6 working, once the item has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Milli Millu cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance. INSURANCE Milli Millu insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (e.g. gifts) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Milli Millu and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
TAXESPrices on the website are shown as inclusive of UK VAT. If your shipping address is outside the EU then VAT tax will be deducted from your order in the Order Review stage at checkout. To those countries outside of the EU we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. We are unable to advise the amount this may be, as they change from country to country. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Milli Millu cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Please be aware that if the items shipped were returned because the receipient is not willing to pay the applicable local taxes or import duties, we are unable to refund shipping charges and any return charges incurred by Milli Millu.
